Christmas had a Santa Claus
(along the lines of Mary Had a Little Lamb)

Christmas had a Santa Claus,

Santa Claus, Santa Claus,

Christmas had a Santa Claus,

His beard was white as snow.

And everywhere that Christmas went,

Christmas went, Christmas went,

and everywhere that Christmas went,

Santa was sure to go.

He followed it to school one day

School one day, school one day,

He followed it to school one day,

It was ok with the rules.

He made the children laugh and play,

Laugh and play, laugh and play,

He made the children laugh and play

to see a Santa at school

You had just replaced a few words in the popular rhyme

  • Mary = Christmas
  • Little Lamb = Santa Claus
  • Fleece = beard
  • She/Her = It
  • It = He
to get the above.
